Chef Fredo has curated a special three course dinner that will be paired with three wines from Wollersheim.

Welcome cocktail: Wisconsin Old Fashioned - Our house old fashioned made to your liking with Wollersheim Press House Brandy!

First Course: Shrimp Avocado Bruschetta: Smashed fresh avocado, tomatoes, Serrano pepper, pickled onion, poached white shrimp, cilantro, and lime on a toasted crostini.
Paired with: Wollersheim Dry Riesling

Second Course: Chocolate Pork Belly: Braised and seared pork belly, pickled Granny Smith apple salad, feta cheese, and rich chocolate sauce. Vegetarian option available*
Paired with: Wollersheim Scarlet Fume

Third Course: Strawberry Cheesecake: House-made creamy strawberry cheesecake, salted chocolate sauce, and house-made whipped cream.
